How would you say it...?
I would like to hear how would you translate the first three lines of the first Canto of Dante's "The Divine Comedy", just for fun. Try to do it first without looking at my and other famous writers translations.(Joke). If you prefer you can write an anecdote of a time when you felt just like Dante did.

Further Adventures of Nell
Nell quickly tired of the obscure shelf so she jumped down onto the floor. However being a maid she of course cleaned the shelf before leaving, and stole one or two things for her own house.
She walked outside and found herself in a dark wood with a rather strange looking chap wondering around and saying that he was lost.
